Origin is committed to working closely with its portfolio companies to reduce the risks inherent in new business development while assisting with the building of these enterprises.

Origin seeks to hold board of directors' positions in the majority of its portfolio companies; but when circumstances dictate, Origin team members are ready to play even more active roles during very early company formations. As new companies fill out their management teams, Origin seeks to remove itself from day-to-day operations.

Once a new company is up and running, Origin actively applies its experienced team and network of corporate and financing contacts to develop its companies, working side-by-side with its CEOs, management teams, and other board members. It is Origin's goal to actively pursue a deliberate, hands-on investment optimization approach to aid each portfolio company from inception through liquidity.
